Overview
In 2019 I was invited by American Specialty Health to help build out a UX discipline during a period of Digital Transformation and expansion into Wellness. My assessment led to building strategic processes, and putting ASH on the map as a leader and employer of choice. I helped create a modern work environment, and set our teams Vision and Mission.
When COVID-19 struck, I quickly pivoted my staff to various innovation projects aimed at delivering value to current and future customers of our fitness products, particularly Silver & Fit and Active & Fit Direct. Throughout 2020 I've regularly presented research findings, opportunity frameworks, and design concepts to our CEO and C-Suite.
